Smoked Salmon Dip
Ingredients
1 pound smoked salmon
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 c mayonnaise
½ Tbsp prepared mustard
½ Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp fresh dill weed
2 pinches black pepper
Directions

Remove skin and chunk salmon.

Add cream cheese in small chunks.

Add mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice.

Process together to a good consistency.

Add rest of ingredients.

Process together to incorporate well.
Notes
Doing entire preparation in a food process works well.
